These terms govern your use of kw.mubkhar.com and every order you place on it. By browsing the site or completing a purchase, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The store is operated by Mubkhar General Trading Company.

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your details accurate and your login private — you are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us. We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently or abusively.

We describe every fragrance as faithfully as we can. Scent is personal: how a fragrance develops depends on skin, climate and how it is stored, so the same blend will not smell identical on everyone.

Screens vary, so colours of packaging and bottles may differ slightly from the photographs. Our ingredients and formulations may change; the label on the product you receive is the authoritative one. Always check that list if you have a sensitivity.

All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before you pay.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when your order is confirmed. If a price or product detail is published in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, where the address is outside our delivery area, where we suspect fraud or resale, or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel after payment, you are refunded in full.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and cash on delivery where available. Payment must clear before an order is dispatched.

Card details are handled by our payment providers. Mubkhar never stores your full card number.

• Discount codes apply to eligible products only and cannot be combined unless stated.
• One code per order, and codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Offers run while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Giveaway and free items have no cash value and are not refundable.
• If you return items and drop below the threshold of an offer, the value of the benefit is deducted from your refund.

Delivery times, fees and areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to return or exchange within 14 days, and to a refund within 3 to 5 working days of approval, is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

The Mubkhar name and logo, our fragrance names, packaging, photography, text and site design belong to Mubkhar General Trading Company and are protected by law.

You may share our content on social media with credit. You may not copy it for commercial use, resell our products as an authorised retailer without a written agreement, or use our branding in a way that suggests a partnership that does not exist.

Please do not attempt to break into the site, scrape it at scale, place fraudulent or automated orders, or post unlawful or offensive content in reviews and messages. We may remove content and close accounts where this happens.

We stand behind our products and deliver as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost time or opportunity.

Fragrance and cosmetic products are for external use, as directed on the label. Keep them away from eyes, flame and children, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us goes before the competent courts of Kuwait.

Talking to us first is usually faster. Most complaints are resolved within a few days.

We may update these terms as our business changes. The version published on the site at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
